FLEET HEARTBEAT

Pilot appliance registry

This deployment produces a metadata-only heartbeat. It never contains candidate records, résumés, passwords or model prompts.

Pilot mode can use this Mac mini as both the Tethran server and a one-device registry. Production fleets should send heartbeats to a separately hosted Axiom console so an appliance outage remains visible when the customer Mac is offline.
